We held talks with significant people from the PP-DB and we plan to continue to do so. the decision is up to them. PP-DB have two options - either they accept to consider the creation of a joint cabinet with consensus figures against GERB and DPS. Or they gift the power to GERB and DPS.
This was stated by the leader of "Revival" Kostadin Kostadinov to journalists after consultations with President Rumen Radev.
We are talking to these political parties who said that they will not form a government with GERB and DPS. Who are these parties - "Revival", PP-DB, BSP, "There is such a people" and "Greatness". If these parties get together, there will be a government without GERB and DPS, Kostadinov pointed out.
In his words, upon receiving the third mandate, it is possible that the prime minister will be from "Revival", only if a consensus is reached. "The Bulgarian state is in agony. There are two very heavy stones lying on it. If steps are not taken to remove them – Bulgaria will be killed", added Kostadinov.
"Either a government will be created that will turn off the GERB and DPS and normalize at least partially the Bulgarian political system, or GERB and DPS will create a government that will turn off the current of the political system,' he added.
In his words, in a possible government between GERB and DPS "Borisov will be Peevski's junior partner".
