Another statement against Bulgaria coming from a representative of the authorities in the Republic of North Macedonia. It raises the degree of tension in the diplomatic relations between the two countries again. This was stated in a statement from the parliamentary rostrum by the chairman of the parliamentary group of "There is such a people". Toshko Yordanov on the occasion of the request by the Prime Minister of our south-western neighbor Hristiyan Mitkoski for a change in the negotiation framework for the integration of the republic and the condition for recognizing the Bulgarians as a state-creating people in their constitution.
"This is yet another proof that numerous concessions on the diplomatic stage do not lead to the desired results. The Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia even allows himself to pressure Bulgarian and European MPs to support his cause for the so-called renegotiation through their membership in the common European family", he added.
"Prime Minister Mitkoski announced that the Bulgarian diktat will not pass while he is prime minister. Now I will paraphrase his words - Mitkoski, while you continue to talk about Bulgarian diktat and not complying with the so-called treaties. the state of North Macedonia will never enter the European Union", declared Toshko Yordanov.
