"At the moment, there is more talk about technology for forming a government, and not about its goals," Gutsanov said about the negotiations between the other parties.
"It is exotic to think about a minority government", Gutsanov believes, but he stated that there should be a dialogue between the parties.
According to him, there are chances for a cabinet even with the first mandate.
"BSP will discuss whether to talk with GERB and DPS for the third term," said Borislav Gutsanov.
