There is no right way to get out of the crisis, because the environment is schizophrenic – both everyone wants to have a government, and everyone who tries to do something about it is denounced, but the third term can be seen as “negotiations on neutral ground”. This is what he said in the show “This Saturday” Toshko Yordanov, the chairman of the ITN parliamentary group.
„If you want, we can talk about why it is warm outside and is there a chance of snow”, this is how he answered the question of whether it is possible for the ITN to support the first or second mandate to form a regular government.
p>According to him, the fact that someone went to listen to another's view of the exit from the crisis does not mean that “they will work together and according to his plan”.
„If we are talking to you today, does that mean we are going to have dinner together tomorrow night?!”, he asked the host of “This Saturday” rhetorically.
„ Are you inviting me to dinner now?!“, answered Mityo Marinov in the same tone.
Besides this joke, Toshko Yordanov explained that ITN is not a standard party – they do the right thing, not partisan. According to him, their organization is lean, and decisions in the party are made after discussions.
„According to our ideas, a political leader must have a vision for things, and this cannot be done if he is locked up in the parliament, where he falls into some kind of trifle”, this is how he explained why Slavi Trifonov does not enter the National Assembly .
Toshko Yordanov also said that he is against preferences, because the bought vote is controlled precisely in front of them.
He recalled that 126,000 people voted for ITN in the last election.
„We have points of intersection with all political parties on certain things – GERB, DPS, PP-DB, “Revival“ and BSP. Only about the last one who entered, I can't say anything because I don't know what she is aiming for, he added.
Toshko Yordanov clarified that with GERB and PP-DB they have a point of intersection in terms of fiscal policy – she should be more disciplined.
„Bulgaria should enter the Eurozone when it is ready. I don't understand how some politicians talk outright nonsense. Asen Vassilev may be anything, but he is not a fool. He knows that we do not meet the requirements, he knows that with the budget policy he was leading, he was actually moving us away from the Eurozone because it inflated inflation, he also said.
According to him, at the moment the environment is abnormal and there is no right way to get out of the political crisis.
„The first and second terms have no public support. You know what happened when GERD came first and DPS – second. A howl started from a large part of the journalists, political scientists, sociologists, gynecologists, venereologists and other “-os“. An extremely schizophrenic process is going on. On the one hand, there must be a government, because the country is blocked, and on the other hand – anyone who tries to do something about it is blamed, he explained.
