Deputies are summoning Acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev and Defense Minister Atanas Zapryanov to a hearing today, dariknews.bg reported.

Zapryanov was summoned to the National Assembly to answer questions related to "non-participation of the Republic of Bulgaria in any form with live armed and unarmed force in the military conflict in Ukraine". The request for the hearing was made by deputies Borislav Gutsanov and Ivan Ivanov.

The hearing of the Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Dimitar Glavchev is about the development of the process of enlargement of the European Union after the adoption of the so-called French proposal and the sharp anti-Bulgarian campaign and statements of a large part of the political elite in the RS Macedonia.

The question is also formulated in terms of "repeatedly exerted coordinated diplomatic pressure towards Bulgaria, which aims to bring the Republic of North Macedonia into the EU by circumventing the rules and forcing Bulgaria to withdraw from the already agreed conditions, as well as the already taken and planned actions for the protection of the Bulgarian national interests in these matters".

Importers are from "Revival".

The MPs will also listen to the acting Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Violeta Koritarova, and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency. Yordan Valchev regarding the progress of the construction of the “Hemus“ and the progress in the procedures for starting the construction of the "Black Sea" highway.
