"Hope dies last. In my opinion, there are still chances for a government if reason, statesmanship and concern for the future of Bulgaria prevail in the current National Assembly, regardless of these cataclysms that have been happening in recent weeks and days. We from the BSP have clearly stated and have shown it that we have always been reasonable, dialogical and put the interests of the country as a priority.
This was stated by BSP MP Filip Popov in the studio of the show "The Day ON AIR".
According to him, the country needs stability due to the difficult situation in the world.
"Already sixth, seventh elections, the political class continues to use the same hoe. Society and Bulgarian citizens are giving us a signal - there is not one party or two that have the opportunity to form a cabinet, conduct a dialogue, find the points of intersection and those that bring you together. We have proven that we can find the points of intersection and everyone should give up their party ego", commented Popov to Bulgaria ON AIR.
He emphasized that Bulgaria faces a number of problems related to demography, economy, healthcare and education.
"This will have its impact, but I notice that the speech of the already independent DPS deputies and their parliamentary group is in the direction of an attempt to form a cabinet,", noted the guest.
Popov is adamant that the BSP will do everything possible to form a program cabinet.
