The reason for her reaction is the throwing of the “ethnic card” in the processes that develop in the Movement. Yesterday Yordan Tsonev complained on bTV that for 25 years he was "the Bulgarian in this party" and accused Dogan's supporters of ethnic bias.
“Do we realize that as a political thesis, although untenable, it already provokes, sets up, provokes a reaction, develops speculation and, by the domino effect, it can lead to unpredictable consequences”, writes Huysmenova.
And he recommends that every politician “pay particular attention to his words in public space, choose his words and remember that they can command respect, but they can also discredit, deceive, and unleash an avalanche in their wake you…”

Words in the political space devalued particularly strongly during the last six parliamentary elections.
People rightly do not believe in political words. They do not help to bring out the truth. They insult, smear, mislead, lower the level of culture in the entire society. And the most – already, they have ceased to be a bridge between politicians and voters, they are not a building block of unity, but of division.
That's why, along with the worry about the situation in the DPS, I calmed down internally and was even secretly proud that there is a person in our political life today – Dr. Ahmed Dogan, whose words, opinion, and analysis are awaited with such eagerness, eagerness, and respect! And in fact, his statement is the Rubicon (translated from Latin it literally means “the lot has been cast, after which there is no turning back”). His words became a signpost, a guide for the members of the DPS, and for many who are on the political scene today. And in my opinion, they will mark the future public relations.
I have regained my faith in the positive powers and impact of political speaking and I humbly recommend that every politician pay special attention to his words in the public space, choose his words, ... if he can, of course, and remember, that they can be all the things I talked about at the beginning, but also unleash an avalanche in their wake.
This especially refers to the “ethnic card“ and the sought-after “ethnic flavor“ in the events in DPS. In essence, an opinion is presented about a different attitude, behavior and treatment in the DPS, based on the Bulgarian ethnicity of the members of the Movement, i.e. discrimination is claimed. “Funny crying“!

Playing with ethnic relations after 25 years of presence at the highest level in the governing and representative bodies of the party is, to put it mildly, frivolous.

One of the strengths of our country is ethnic peace, we are proud of it in front of the world, reap its fruits and live in peace and tranquility. Such statements affect the conquest itself and its bearers. This is irresponsible!
The resistance forces of DPS are not against ethnic qualities and characteristics (are there any), they are against the way of decision-making, management, separation, opposition. These actions have nothing to do with ethnicity. They are organizational, tactical, but also strategically influencing DPS.
And no, not everything is allowed in the name of achieving the goals!
For the sake of DPS members from all over the country, who are excited, worried, who express positions, want clarity and actions, I will emphasize that our party is for diversity, for tolerance, for togetherness and once again we must stay at the height of these concepts, and claiming them, to defend them through them.
Because we are representatives of a party in whose identity fundamental rights and freedoms are woven.
