The handing over of the second mandate to PP-DB was an unexpected situation. PP-DB did not get the second place after the early parliamentary elections. But now they have to make efforts again and try to realize the second mandate, the sociologist added.

In her words, elections are not a solution. "The next parliament will be broadcast with an even lower voter turnout. This reflects on the policies that are being conducted," she added.
PP-DB received a Danaan gift. Now they are in a position that if they do not implement the mandate, they may suffer image damage and lose the reputation of their party, believes Elena Darieva. "This collapse of DPS strengthens the role of PP-DB as the only partner of GERB," added Darieva.
PP-DB are not in an advantageous situation. They got a mandate they didn't expect in a situation where they don't have a useful move. They have to talk with GERB on the one hand, on the other hand they have to talk with "Vazrazhdane", BSP and ITN. Everyone will refuse to talk with PP-DB, said Christian Shkvarek.
He was adamant that we are going to new early elections. "There are two major formations in a difficult situation - PP-DB and DPS. There are two large stable parties (GERB - SDS and "Vazrazhdane" and two unstable ones (PP-DB and DPS). These shifts of layers in DPS open the door to negotiations. GERB will not agree to form a government without their first mandate. next election, the two stable formations will settle things between them. The other two formations will be in free fall," Shkvarek added.
According to unofficial information, the PP-DB will request a month or two postponement from the president. During this time, talks will be held to form a government.
"I don't think there is any reason to give a delay of a month or two,'' Slavi Vasilev thinks. And he added: This parliament is exhausted. No chance for any configuration there. The tiers will only shift if one of the political parties grows a lot, or if there is a new player. The 51st Parliament will be different from this one.
