About 6:50 p.m. on July 13, a report of a serious traffic accident was received in RU-Samokov on the road to the village of Beli Iskar, the police reported.
At the scene, it was determined that a track motorcycle without a license plate had come into contact with the rear left of a truck. The motorcyclist died on the spot.
The other driver tested negative for alcohol and drugs. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated on the case.
