„He still has a cough and wheezing, but his condition continues to improve steadily. "His pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate and temperature are absolutely normal," O'Connor said in a statement.
He added that Biden's lungs are fine.
According to the doctor, the President of the United States continues treatment with the coronavirus drug PAXLOVID, having taken his sixth dose on Saturday.
Biden was diagnosed with COVID-19 earlier this week. As a result, he has gone into self-isolation at his home in Delaware, where he continues to work. On Friday, he expressed hope that he will be able to return to the election campaign as early as next week.
