He also commented on the "unique" prices in Bulgarian stores, giving the example of cheese and milk, which are more expensive here than in France and the Netherlands.
"At these prices, we should have adequate income. 770 thousand Bulgarians receive an income of up to BGN 1,000, these are the working poor," he added.
"In the Budget'2025, there should be at least a 10-15% increase in the salaries paid by the state. These are not only officials, but people of art, culture, education," he said. And he gave the example of North Macedonia, where the minimum wage was about 60 euros more than ours.
