A partial state of emergency is declared in Smyadovo

It is expected that a partial state of emergency will be declared today in Smyadovo, Shumen region, due to the lack of water, BNR reported.

On Friday, the mayor of the municipality, Ivanka Petrova, announced a partial state of emergency in the villages of Rish, Veselinovo, Aleksandrovo and Cherni vrah, where there is not enough water for drinking and domestic use, and they have been under regime since July 10:

Because of the water problems, Shumen regional governor Beinur Ahmed called a working meeting on Monday.
