The Central Operational Bureau of the DPS has decided to exclude Delyan Peevski from the DPS, reported from the press center of the DPS, quoted by Nova TV. Today the Honorary Chairman of the DPS Dr. Ahmed Dogan held a meeting with the Central Operational Bureau of the DPS.
The Central Operations Bureau made the following decisions:

8. Approves new samples of DPS stamps and cancels previous samples of stamps.
The systematic violation by the above-mentioned persons of the Party Statute, the failure to implement the decisions of the National Conference, the collective bodies of the party and the Honorary Chairman of the DPS put at risk not just the unity of the party, but its existence with the ideas and philosophy of the founder of the party – Dr. Ahmed Dogan, enshrined in the DPS Statute and program documents.
The mentioned provisions of the Statute of the DPS give grounds to the Honorary Chairman and the Central Operational Bureau to restore the normal functioning of the party and its collective bodies and structures in order to overcome these risks and for the party to effectively and fully participate in the political life of the country.
In his addresses, Dr. Ahmed Dogan paid attention and gave a clear and categorical warning, giving time and opportunity for individuals to resign themselves, but the processes, following their course, led to today's decisions, which are final .
Persons expelled from the DPS are automatically removed from the positions they hold and from the composition of the relevant governing bodies of the party. As for a position held in the PG of the DPS, it should be explicitly emphasized that the parliamentary group is a function of the party according to Art. 27 of the DPS Statute. The decisions of the PG are adopted in accordance with the Statute and program documents of the DPS. Decisions of the PG, adopted in violation of the Statute of the DPS, are null and void.
According to Art. 9a in conjunction with Art. 9, para. 2, item 7 of the Statute of the DPS The Honorary Chairman, as the founder and first chairman of the DPS, personifies and expresses the permanent values and strategic goals of the party, his decisions bind all the organs and structures of the party, including for convening meetings of the leading and controlling party bodies .
The central operational bureau, according to art. 11, para. 1 of the Statute of the DPS is a permanent governing body and carries out the operational political leadership of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms. By virtue of this provision, the Central Committee of the DPS not only can, but should take all decisions related to the operational work of the party, all decisions related to the functioning of the party and its participation in the political process.
Today's decisions are at the will of all DPS members, for whom respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, the rule of law, as well as respect for human rights, the right to identity, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities , are core values. For whom DPS is a cause!
Decisions from today's meeting are subject to appeal before the Central Control Commission of the DPS.
