Mayor Terziev should immediately resign and take cover somewhere. Torturing hundreds of thousands of people for three months now because you are incapable of supporting a single column is unforgivable. Yes, I am talking about getting on the ring road in the direction of Plovdiv from Bulgaria Blvd. We've been getting on our nerves multiple times a day all summer now over a problem that can be solved in a few days. Imagine what will happen on 15.09?!
This is what GERB MP Delyan Dobrev wrote on his Facebook page. Here's more from his post:
Sometimes I really hate being right! See my post from 3/07/2023:
"Let's put Vasil Terziev's connections to the DS aside for a moment, which are clearly the basis of his business. Let's accept that it isn't, or that it doesn't matter, and hear what it tells us. What is his message?
"thinking, capable, economically independent people"
Did I miss something? Could it be that the municipality has become an academy for the personal growth of Sofians?
As far as I know, it isn't.
Couldn't we be mistaken that Vasil Terziev wants to become the principal of a capital school?
And it's not.
But this message leaves me with a bad aftertaste from the time when the state and its communist leaders knew what was best for us the people. They made us exemplary chavdars and pioneers, so that we would later become good communists.
No! I don't want anyone to make me a "thinker, you can and economically independent". This is my job and if I want I will be like that, and if I want I won't be!
At the very least, this is the job of the mayor of Sofia. I expect the mayor of Sofia to continue solving the problems of the rapidly developing city in recent decades, related to traffic jams, air cleanliness, noise, neighborhood improvement, etc.
And finally, let me say it more clearly! We don't need an inexperienced dreamer of human ideals with skeletons in the closet. We and the Capital need a technocrat mayor with experience in solving urban planning problems and providing a physical environment for a quality life."
