The registration of DPS-New beginning for the elections and the conflict in the party were commented on by journalist Ilhan Henday and political scientists Prof. Rumyana Kolarova, Mehmed Mehmed and Georgi Prodanov in the studio of “Hello, Bulgaria”.
Kolarova believes that an important question is how far Dogan can make a majority so that he can oppose Peevski. According to her, the clash was due to the fact that “Peevski decided to be the frontman”.

Kolarova also commented on the situation in the BSP, pointing out that it is important whether the conflict will be defined as raiding.

Mehmed Mehmed emphasized that the conflict in the DPS focuses on personal relationships. He added that, however, this does not matter much to the voters. “As long as the DPS exists, the ethnic element will exist”, the political scientist also believes.
Hendaye is of the opinion that “the entire DPS system worked to keep the ethnic model”. The journalist also commented on the relations between the DPS and President Rumen Radev. “Radev's strategy is clear. “Kills” the left, unites it without Cornelia Ninova, relies on Ahmed Dogan for the 52nd National Assembly, when a presidential project will be created, he thinks.

Prodanov said that “talking separately about Dogan and Peevski is something that should not happen”. He added that “we are at the end of a long existence of the two together”. “We have a symbolic war. Dogan is a symbol and this symbol must be taken away. But the elections themselves will determine which of the two will enter the parliament”, the political scientist believes.
