The Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) will consider two appeal cases today of the DPS against the refusal of the Central Election Commission to cancel registration, dariknews.bg reported.

The cases were initiated by complaints of the "Movement for Rights and Freedoms" party, represented by Delyan Peevski, against a decision of September 4 of the CEC refusing to cancel the registration of the "Movement for Rights and Freedoms" political party. for elections on October 20, as well as a decision of September 4 of the CEC, which refused to cancel the registration of the political party “Movement for Rights and Freedoms” to participate in the by-elections on October 20.
