Rumiana Kolarova: DPS has backup moves - 1

DPS also has backup moves. They effectively block each other. I assume that they will look for registration with other names, with the face of the drivers in places.

This is what the political scientist Prof. Rumyana Kolarova commented in the show "The Day ON AIR".

According to the political scientist Tsvetanka Andreeva, the political battle cannot be solved institutionally.

"That is why the CEC deepened the crisis. The only way out is the elections. Both formations will appear, they are prepared for reserve options", Andreeva pointed out to Bulgaria ON AIR.

"The CEC's position is that it should not block the possibility of any one of these factions participating in the elections. This may not be absolutely in the letter of the law, but it is in the spirit of the law. I approve this position of the CEC. Perhaps a quick solution was sought", Prof. Kolarova analyzed.

According to Andreeva, DPS is fighting for power and different visions.

"The tension, the conflict and the split are battles of two different visions - how the DPS will participate in the institution. Delyan Peevski brought to light DPS. He declared his desire to be involved in a coalition government, and in a large sense he was participating. Over the years, Ahmed Dogan has earned the reputation of a man who sets up and brings down governments, a man in the shadows. If we witness a battle in Dogan's place, we will see a battle of different leaders, while here we see a direct clash between Dogan and Peevski," Andreeva said.

Two groups of parties will clearly be grouped and they will be both pre-election and in the parliament itself and will not be strategically divided, predicts Prof. Kolarova.

"They will be divided on what their attitude is to the next election. There are parties for whom it is fateful to form a non-official government in the next parliament. There are parties for whom this is a matter of life and death. Here are certainly "Continuing the change" (PP), BSP, "There is such a people", "Revival". There are parties that look not to the next, but to the following elections - they work to ensure that there is no majority in the next parliament. All this will be clearly seen when it comes to an election campaign," explained Prof. Kolarova.

Rumen Radev "puts extraordinary energy into sowing internal conflicts among yesterday's partners", Andreeva pointed out: "GERB, PP-DB and the parts of DPS".
