The open and constructive dialogue even of an informal meeting, such as that held between the presidents of Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia on September 13, apparently deeply disturbed certain circles in the government of North Macedonia. The manipulation of the facts and the hysterical reactions of the RSM government do not inspire optimism that our south-western neighbor wants relations with Bulgaria to leave the field of provocations and staged scandals.
