Neighbors complain about dogs and cats locked in apartment in Montana - 1

Residents of a block in Montana are being harassed around the clock by howling dogs who live in one of the apartments. According to people, there are several dogs and about 10 cats in the residence. They lived alone, and the owner of the apartment only came to feed them, "Nova TV" revealed.

Another resident said the animals have been living in the entryway for at least five years. “It is intolerable that these dogs live here. I asked the landlady to move them, but she refused. These are animals that are subject to being brought out several times a day. But she said she cleans the animals when she comes to feed them,” the man pointed out.

The Montana municipality clarified for NOVA that it is a private residence. They only have the right to check whether the owner of the apartment has paid the pet fee, whether the dogs have chips and whether they live in the required square footage.

People living in two entrances to the residential complex “Pastrina” complain about the unpleasant smell from the animals. . “We live with incessant barking of dogs and an unbearable smell. The apartment is divided into two – in one half two or three dogs are looked after. And in the other there are 6 or 7 cats. In the block during the day there are only elderly people who need rest. However, the smell does not allow to stay in the dwellings, that is why salvation is sought outside, he said in “Hello, Bulgaria” one of the neighbors.
