"The judges are put in a powerless situation. The Sofia City Prosecutor's Office broke up the investigation into the large-scale activity of investigating a criminal group".

This is what Judge Vladislava Tsarigradska told the judicial panel of the Supreme Judicial Council, which the panel is hearing about the development of the criminal proceedings related to the threats made against her, as well as her specific requests, writes BTA.

"I think that I should not be listened to, but together as colleagues we should solve this gigantic problem. The entire reputation and judicial independence suffers," she pointed out.

"There are all possible inactions to keep the investigation from moving. I am denied access to basic information. It's troubling what prosecutors are doing to investigate influence networks.

I was threatened and I think that behind the Red Pirate there are people and networks that threaten a number of judges. We may suspect that these networks are trying to influence judges," Tsarigradska said. She recalled that it was through an intermediary that she received a call to "tame", and then the direct threats began. "Due to failure to take measures against threats against magistrates, self-censorship is starting to operate,", Tsarigradska also said.

I have concerns that I am being controlled by special intelligence agents (SIAs). She called for an analysis of what the information from the large number of applied CPCs is used for. The magistrate called for an answer from the prosecutor's office as to who issued permits for SRS, what methods were used and for what purpose. according to her, anonymous reports are being used to check "craziness" that judges and generals are part of criminal groups and these people are used to interrogation, the judge pointed out.

"I will not let things be crushed. Through what they are doing to me, they are attacking every Bulgarian judge," she pointed out. Several times judge Daniela Taleva, investigating the chief prosecutor, was also threatened by the Red Pirate, Tsarigradska also said.

Tsarigradska's name made headlines in the case of Martin Bojanov - the Notary. He was killed in Sofia on January 31. The prosecutor's office entered a private SS club in the capital's "Geo Milev" district, associated with Bojanov. During the searches, computers and various material media of information were seized.

The prosecutor's office is checking whether magistrates were members of the club, and whether and why they went there. Currently, pre-trial proceedings are being conducted for an organized criminal group, of which Bojanov is a part, created for the purpose of putting pressure on magistrates, property fraud and money laundering.

This fall, in March, a man was detained for threatening magistrates. In February, Judge Vladislava Tsarigradska announced to the temporary parliamentary commission for verification of facts and circumstances related to the activities of the group around Martin Bojanov that she had received a threat against her family. She noted that the Ministry of the Interior has been informed about this.
