In a complaint to the Regional Election Commission in Blagoevgrad, representatives of a political party complained that the screens in the sections are very high and this prevents one from seeing what the voters are doing, BNR informs.
There are 12 complaints and reports submitted to RIC in Blagoevgrad so far. Most of them are for the presence of pre-election posters near the sections and for conducting political campaigning with the participation of children.
In Garmen and Satovcha, they complained about high screens in the election premises, which "prevented them from seeing what the voters were doing". The text of the scandalous complaint, sent before noon to the Regional Election Commission in Blagoevgrad, was announced by its chairman, Martin Busarov:
"Disagreement of party representatives with the way the sectional premises are arranged, namely that in Garmen municipality and Satovcha municipality the screens are very high and party representatives cannot see what the voters are doing. That's the complaint, actually, that you can't see what's going on behind the screen".
The voter turnout at 11:00 was also announced at a press conference. For the district, it is just over 10%, which is 2.5 percent more than the June 9 election.
Voters were most active in the municipalities of Belitsa and Yakoruda, where 22 percent of people with voting rights voted.
Over 30 reports of problems with machine voting have been received at the Regional Election Commission in Blagoevgrad.
For seven of the sections, it was decided to continue the voting only on paper, the remaining cases are checked together with the technicians from the device supplier company.
