In an emotional video address on Facebook, the leader of a political party "There is such a people" (ITN) Slavi Trifonov shared his thoughts on the importance of active suffrage. In a conversation with Toshko Yordanov, he emphasized the importance of mass participation in the electoral process.
"It's sad that we're not actually trying in the most basic way to defeat the free vote. He can win when there are many. When many people come out to vote," Trifonov said.
He added to his thesis: "I know it sounds mentoring, clichéd, hackneyed. The truth – that's the way things are. If a lot of people vote, the fact that there are paid votes will simply disappear. The paid votes will be so few that they won't make any sense.
In his address, Trifonov shared philosophical reflections on life lessons: "Only pain teaches all people in the world. You get to the point where it can't hurt anymore, it's so bad and you realize there is another way. Why should it hurt? Because you're dumb. You should learn from the mistakes of others, not your own. This is very important".
During the conversation, Toshko Yordanov raised the issue of the group of voters who are clear about their vote, but do not plan to vote.
Trifonov ended with an appeal to the voters: "You can't go back and forth like that. You go straight ahead, direct and win. You win when you use the opportunity that democracy gives you, along with other people. You go and conquer".
