It is likely that the Constitutional Court will demand expertises on the submitted appeals for cashing the last election to make the right conclusions. This was explained by the constitutional judge and reporter in the election cashing case, Prof. Yanaki Stoilov in the studio of "The day begins with Georgi Ljubenov". During the week of "There is such a people" requested a partial annulment of the elections from the Constitutional Court, and the "Majesty" party, which failed to obtain parliamentary representation - a full annulment.

According to Yanaki Stoilov, all the data should be studied in order to arrive at the establishment of the actual situation, especially in such proceedings that the Constitutional Court in its activity approaches the activity of the other courts, i.e. it largely becomes a court of fact because in other cases it is primarily a court of law to judge certain correspondences. And this will probably require conducting examinations, because if the primary data is not obtained, there is no way to draw accurate conclusions, he explained.

"The law only requires a ruling to be reached within two months, but looking at the avalanche of requests, I must say that the more these requests of more or less the same type multiply, the more it slows down the process, because the goal it must be effective, a clear result, what the elections reflect as the will of the Bulgarian citizens", Stoilov pointed out.

"The court is a body that examines disputes brought before it. He neither orders disputes nor tells anyone that he cannot exercise the right to refer a matter. Parliament has thus proven many times that it can sit without working. A priori, we cannot give an answer, so the activity of the institutions is not stopped by the fact that there is an open dispute before the Constitutional Court", Yanaki Stoilov also explained.
