To be brought out to the fore those legislative decisions that are needed in the coming weeks and months, based on which to seek support for a government.
This is what Nataliya Kiselova, MP from the "BSP-United Left", proposed for the Speaker of the 51st National Assembly, professor of constitutional law at SU "St. Cl. Ohridski".
"That is the more reasonable thing. We are currently witnessing the setting of a condition for Boyko Borisov to be prime minister. It should not be forgotten that the BSP has a decision of the Congress not to support a GERB government, even more so to support Borissov. This option - Prime Minister Borisov - is not an option for support from the BSP.
According to her, during the new procedure for electing the Speaker of the 51st Parliament on Wednesday, November 13th, there may be new candidates and thus lead to the election of the Speaker of the National Assembly.
She explained that if the oldest MP agrees to remain in the post of chairman, there is no tool to replace him when a parliamentary majority is formed, except for him to submit his resignation:
"Does "BSP-United Left" will support this proposal of ITN will become clear after the decision of the parliamentary group".
In connection with the prepared request for the removal of the so-called house book, from which the president has the right to choose a caretaker prime minister she stated:
"On Wednesday, November 13th, we intend to submit two requests to the Constitutional Court - one is to review the legality of the elections, and the other is to declare the second sentence of Article 99, paragraph 5 of The Constitution".
