Eurostat: Bulgarians are the most dissatisfied with life - 1

According to the Eurostat ranking, Bulgarians are the most dissatisfied with life citizens of the European Union. However, we do not live the worst of all if we compare the indicator that calculates the risk of poverty or social exclusion. This is possible thanks to or because of a ranking that measures how satisfied we are with the life we lead.

Eurostat creates it using the so-called “satisfaction indicator”. However, for its formation, no statistical data on income, employment, social development or living conditions are compared.

The Rock – from 0 to 10, reflects only the personal assessment that the population places on the life they lead. The results show that out of all the citizens of the European Union, we Bulgarians are the most dissatisfied. With an average value of the indicator of 7.3 in Bulgaria, it is 5.9, being the only one below 6. The two positions ahead of us are respectively occupied by Latvians and neighbors from Greece, who, although also dissatisfied, have an indicator a whole unit higher than ours. They seem to live the happiest in Finland, Belgium and Austria, which form the top 3 of this ranking, or they just don't complain that much.
