These elections were the most transparent, which are made in Bulgaria.
This is what the official Minister of Innovation and Growth Rosen Karadimov told BNT.
Rosen Karadimov explained that these elections are the most transparent, because the Council of Ministers and the executive power are responsible for ensuring the material and technical support of the elections, and the elections are made by the CEC.
„It is very dangerous to cross the border and have the executive make elections. These elections were the most transparent that have been held in Bulgaria,” said the acting Minister of Innovation Rosen Karadimov.
He is adamant that the government has done a good job with regard to the elections.
„99.8% of the sections in the country were covered by video surveillance, which ensured the executive power. All complaints are currently based on CCTV. What happens in the sections is not the prerogative of the executive power. We have to provide the cameras," Rosen Karadimov said.
The Official Minister of Innovation explained that 11 industrial parks were implemented in 5 months, 207 million BGN grants were given for these 11 industrial parks.
„BDB has developed a special program based on the new strategy of the Council of Ministers, which it adopted in April, a special program for financing industrial parks. Negotiations are currently underway for BGN 120 million, through which the industrial parks should be supported. At the moment, the Bulgarian Investment Agency is collecting all the information about the industrial parks in order to be able to offer potential investors the opportunities that these industrial parks offer,” explained the Acting Minister of Innovation and Growth Rosen Karadimov.
The official minister stressed that without reindustrialization of the country, there is no chance of achieving economic growth. He also indicated what project BBR is developing in the field of energy.
„BDB is currently developing a unique product with the electricity system operator, if it succeeds, and I am sure it will, to public consumers – municipalities, kindergartens, schools, to ensure a fixed electricity price for 10 years. At times it may be lower, at times higher than the market price, but it will be fixed for 10 years”, explained the Minister of Innovation and Growth.
