Of the last 5 budgets, 3 were passed without a majority. He who talks about an 18 billion deficit has a hole in his head”, he explained as a threat burst into laughter.
„Bulgarians have the second largest increase in income since you were not in power, and the largest increase in pensions, excluding inflation”.
