Second consecutive meeting of The Supreme Judicial Council for the nomination of candidates for the chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court will take place today, NOVA reported.
This is a second selection procedure. The first failed as no candidates were nominated.
And without precedent - the SJC appointed Georgi Cholakov as acting president of the court after the end of his 7-year term. By law, proposals can be made by the judges of the Plenum of the Supreme Administrative Court, at least three members of the Judicial College and the Minister of Justice.
