Assoc. Natalia Kiselova is a "doctor" on Constitutional Law from 2008 She is a teacher at the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" since 2005 in the Department of "Constitutional and Legal Sciences", Faculty of Law.
Expert in constitutional law and human rights. Author of the monograph "Political rights of Bulgarian citizens".
In the period 2003-2005 is a full-time doctoral student in the Department of "Constitutional and Legal Sciences". In 2007 is defending a doctoral dissertation on the topic of "Parliamentary Control".
During the period 2006-2009 is an expert at the Standing Committee on State Administration Issues in the LX National Assembly.
Occupies the position of "state expert" in the Directorate "Council on Legislation" in the Ministry of Justice in the period November 2010-January 2012.
She specialized in Cambridge University (2015) and Moscow State University "Lomonosov" (2014). She was an adviser on legal affairs (2012 – 2016) and secretary on legal affairs of President Rosen Plevneliev (2016-2017).
