CPC initiates proceedings against the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the supply of reflective vests

< p>The Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) initiated open proceedings against the "Property Management and Social Activities" Directorate. to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) on a company complaint. The decision of the CPC is published on the website of the Commission.

The complaint was filed by "Lorton" Ltd. in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA) in its part on the deadlines for submission of offers for participation in procedures. She is against the decision to supply police uniforms - reflective vests.

CPC initiated open proceedings against the Municipality of Blagoevgrad on the complaint of "VIP Trade and Build" EOOD, filed in accordance with the order of the ZOP, against the decision on engineering - design, author's supervision and implementation of construction and installation activities in connection with the implementation of a project for the introduction of energy efficiency measures in buildings for the administration.

Open proceedings have also been initiated against the Municipality of Shumen. It is a complaint of "SP Consult BG" Ltd. against the decision to provide consulting services related to the organization and management of five projects for the needs of the Municipality. The complaint was submitted according to the order of the Public Employment Service.
