A lot of time has passed since the elections and nothing has been outlined, except for the political forces with which GERB prefers to negotiate, one of which is us. This was commented on in the studio of "The Day Begins with Georgi Lyubenov" on BNT by the chairman of DSB Atanas Atanasov and co-chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria".
"Our coalition is stable, well coordinated, we have the same goals, we see their realization in different ways. My feeling is that my colleagues from "Continuing Change" are not very optimistic about creating a coalition and a regular government. After so many painful elections, people want some political reassurance. So, we from "Democratic Bulgaria" believe that we must make every effort. To find a way to overcome the various contradictions between the political forces in this fragmented parliament," Atanasov emphasized.
Since we are involved in politics, the main task of exercising power is to find a way to implement the mandate, he added.
"Politicians must necessarily talk to each other in order to find ways, to build bridges. Over the years, I have fought with GERB, not to mention how hard I have fought with the BSP. People have elected us to parliament and expect something from us. We are the state of expired mandates, there is no institution that is in a regular mandate," Atanas Atanasov also said.
We are obliged to make every effort and there is a chance to arrange a regular government and for it to tackle all the challenges, he added.
