After a clamp was placed for illegal parking, a driver decided to remove it himself and escape without paying a fine. The case is from Blagoevgrad, reports BNT.
"Our employee, walking around the area, found that a parked car had not paid for hourly parking in the relevant zone. The practice is that we do not immediately file the report, but wait 5-6 minutes. We conduct intensive checks. After the checks, the collector files a report with the dispatchers", this was told in "The Day Begins" Boyko Pandurski - director of "Parkings and Garages" - Blagoevgrad Municipality.
Three hours after the clamp was placed, the car owner called the dispatcher asking to be released. The team arrives at the scene, but sees that the car is missing and the bracket has been thrown into the bushes.
The vandal was identified by the city police, and a complaint was filed against him. The value of the bracket itself is in the range of 450 to 500 leva.
