The Supreme Judicial Council will consider today the signal of judge Miroslav Petrov against the prosecutor's review of the decision about Ivaylo Tsvetkov's car - Noizi, BNT reports.
The signal to the prosecutor's office is from the "Angels on the Road" association, which requested that district judge Petrov be investigated for the decision by which he refused to seize Ivaylo Tsvetkov's car. He received a suspended sentence for driving with over 2 per mille of alcohol.
