An accident between a passenger car and an SUV closed the road between Sandanski and Petrich, BNT reported.
The accident occurred shortly after 1:00 p.m. on the main road between the villages of Ribnik and Starchevo.
According to initial information, two people were injured. They were transported for treatment to the hospital in Petrich.
Traffic in the area is being diverted. The causes of the accident are being clarified.
