Today's plenary session also began with declarations, BNR pointed out.
Angel Yanchev from "Vazrazhdane" insisted not to postpone the construction of the "Hemus" motorway and that it be completed by the end of next year, in order to give a chance for the development of Northern Bulgaria.
Yanchev reminded that three motorways have been completed - "Trakia", "Struma" and "Maritsa", while in the north - only 30 km of new highway to "Hemus".
"From "Vazrazhdane" we insist on immediate replanning of the funds in the state budget needed to complete the "Hemus" highway. The North must receive justice and convergence, not catastrophic divergence with the south and the Sofia plain this and next year," commented Yanchev.
