We learned that Mr. Radev has once again made an emotional statement on topics for which common sense has no alternative. Apparently he imagines an economy of central subordination, one in which you can direct prices with command methods, but thank God that Bulgaria will not see such a government. This was stated to journalists in parliament by GERB-SDF MP Denitsa Sacheva, quoted by dariknews.bg

Earlier today, the president stated that it was not the best decision for the ruling party to rely on support from abroad when Bulgarians are protesting in the country and in Brussels over the adoption of the euro. “Continuing to claim that you will not allow prices to increase with the introduction of the euro, given that they have already skyrocketed unstoppably, is not just insanity, but a mockery of the people”, the head of state explained.

"It is truly extremely unfortunate on the day that Bulgaria once again received recognition from European institutions for meeting the criteria and conditions for joining the eurozone, that instead of receiving congratulations, we receive another portion of attempts at caustic remarks", Sacheva also pointed out.
She emphasized that the president "still owes answers to questions such as the "Botas" topic and why Bulgarians have to pay 1 million and 50 thousand every day, so that he can fulfill his desires for a 30-year energy strategy".

"It is extremely unfortunate that once again the head of state cannot separate the wheat from the chaff and show himself to be at the height of a national interest", added Sacheva.

"The amendments will be submitted and will receive the support not only of the EPP, they will also receive the support of the socialists, the conservatives, etc.", she said regarding the report on North Macedonia.
