On July 1, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for the installation of road markings, traffic will be limited on road II-21 Ruse - Silistra in the section from the village of Aydemir to the junction for the village of Sitovo /from the 89th to the 103rd km/. This was announced by the “Road Infrastructure“ Agency, dariknews.bg reported.

For the installation of relief and noise markings on the section in the Silistra region, the passage of all vehicles will be limited for three hours, and traffic will be redirected along the bypass route. It is on road III-216 Sitovo - Lyuben - municipal road village of Yordanovo - village of Professor Ishirkovo – road III-218 Professor Ishirkovo – Silistra – road II-21 Bypass Silistra and back.

The section of the secondary road will be provided with a special traffic regime if necessary.

The activities undertaken are in implementation of the measures in the Action Plan for securing the sections with a concentration of traffic accidents. Drivers are required to drive with increased caution and strictly follow the posted signs.

From July 1 to July 3 /Thursday/, the organization of traffic in the direction of Varna between the 15th and 32nd km of the "Hemus" highway will be temporarily changed to remove roadside vegetation. The activities will be carried out between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., and traffic will be gradually limited to the overtaking and emergency lanes. During the activities traffic will move to the active lane.

On July 7, the implementation of the works on the 15th and 32nd km section of the “Hemus“ motorway in the direction of Varna is planned to continue in the same time period from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The planned activities to maintain the road infrastructure will not be carried out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, when traffic is more intense, in order not to cause difficulties for travelers.

The “Road Infrastructure“ Agency apologizes to drivers for the inconvenience caused, but activities are necessary to increase traffic safety. The appeal to drivers is to drive carefully, to observe traffic rules and the speed limit, and not to undertake risky overtaking, which endanger the safety of all other travelers.
