A 32-year-old driver crashed on the road from the village of Mechka to the village of Koilovtsi. The incident occurred on the evening of August 31.
The woman and her companions were transported to a hospital in Pleven.
A 3-month-old girl has a head injury. A 3-year-old girl has an abdominal wall injury.
A 6-year-old boy has a broken humerus. Additional medical examinations are pending for everyone.
The woman's alcohol and drug tests are negative. The case has been referred to the prosecutor's office and an investigation is underway.
