Being an excellent student is not just a label, and always being an excellent student is not a stigma. This is the great competition of a person with himself, the desire to surpass himself, to prove himself, to move forward and to feel dissatisfied until he achieves this success in the race with himself. This was stated by Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov, who presented the honorary awards “National Diploma“ to high school graduates from the Class of 2025 at an official ceremony at the National Archaeological Museum in Sofia.
Prime Minister Zhelyazkov congratulated the excellent students on their choice to continue their higher education in Bulgaria. You will give that reputation with your success to the universities, reciprocally to the knowledge that they will give you to move forward, Zhelyazkov pointed out and highlighted the importance of the virtuous use of science for the development of humanity.
Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov extended special congratulations to the teachers and parents of the excellent students and wished them all success.
The distinction “National Diploma“ is awarded every year to high school graduates with excellent (6.00) success in all subjects included in the secondary education diploma, the state high school exams, as well as for outstanding abilities in the fields of science, technology, arts and sports. The award is a national recognition for the high achievements of students from Bulgarian schools.
