The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision on the gratuitous provision of independent sites in a building-public state property for the management of the Ministry of Defense for the needs of the Central Military District - Military District II degree - Montana. The independent sites are located in the Montana district, the city of Montana and represent the third, fourth and fifth floors of a building. The independent sites in the building are necessary for the activities of the Central Military District - Military District II degree - Montana.
The Government also adopted a Decision on declaring a property-private state property to be a property-public state property. The subject of the Decision of the Council of Ministers is a property located in the Shumen district, Veliki Preslav municipality, the city of Veliki Preslav, with a purpose directly related to defense. The object has acquired the qualities of a property - public state property, therefore, on the basis of Art. 6, para. 2 of the State Property Act and Art. 5, para. 1 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the State Property Act, the decision of the Council of Ministers was adopted.
The Government declares a property - public state property, located in Sofia, “Studentski“ district, “Prof. Marko Semov“ street, to be a property - private state property. It has an area of 3583 sq. m and is managed by the Ministry of Health. The change in the status of the property is necessary due to the actions taken by the Ministry to approve an amendment to the plan for regulation of the Land Use Plan I - “for an oncology institute“ and the formation of a new UPI VII - 58 - “for offices, medical center, laboratories, underground and above-ground parking, and other public service activities“, in the “Studentski“ area. The current purpose of the land does not correspond to the prerequisites for the public nature of the property provided for by the State Property Act.
The Council of Ministers grants the Ministry of Electronic Governance the right to manage part of a property - public state property free of charge. It is located in the town of Berkovitsa, “Yordan Radichkov“ Sq. 4, fl. 1 and represents a “Mechanical Premises“ with an area of 15.70 sq. m, part of a separate site in a building. Until now, the property has been managed by the Supreme Judicial Council, and now it will be used for the needs of the Executive Agency “Electronic Governance Infrastructure“.
The government changed the status of the property, along with the building located on it, declaring it private state property. It is located on the territory of the city of Sofia, Ilinden district. The property is a non-operating asset for the National Company “Railway Infrastructure“ and is outside the area where the railway infrastructure facilities are located. No active cables and railway infrastructure facilities pass through it and it has no functional or technological significance for the safety of railway transport.
