The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to declare a property public state property, a property private state property, and to transfer it gratuitously into the ownership of the Sliven municipality, Sliven district. The subject of the act of the Council of Ministers is a property located in the Sliven district, Sliven municipality, Sliven city, “Mladost“ quarter, representing land and the buildings built on it. The property is transferred gratuitously into the ownership of the Sliven municipality for the construction of a municipal multifunctional infrastructure - a village park with spaces for landscaping, children's and sports grounds, a dog area, outdoor recreation areas and parking, in compliance with the legislation and rules in the field of state aid. If the planned measures are not implemented within 5 years of the acquisition of the property, the municipality is obliged to transfer ownership of it to the state.
The government granted the Municipality of Madan the ownership of three land properties - private state property, located in the village of Ravnishta. They will be used to build a municipal project "Replacement of the supply water supply from the water supply station ф530 to a tank for drinking needs for the village of Srednogortsi, Pressure water supply from the water supply station ф530 to a tank for the village of Ravnishta, Intermediate water supply, Tank with chlorination for the village of Ravnishta and water supply for the village of Leshtak and internal water supply network for the village of Ravnishta", which is of paramount importance. Its implementation will improve the living conditions of the population, water supply services to private and public subscribers and reduce water losses. The municipality will have to transfer the properties back to the state if the project is not implemented within five years of their acquisition. The regional governor of Smolyan will have to develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the conditions under which the land is transferred.
The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision on declaring parts of a property - public state property to be properties - private state property, representing independent sites in the building complex “Hygiene Center“, and their payment as a non-monetary contribution to the capital of “University Multi-profile Hospital for Active Treatment “St. Ivan Rilski“ EAD. The medical facility will use the properties to consolidate and expand the bed capacity of the Oncology and Hematology Clinic, which will ensure optimization of the work of medical specialists and improvement of medical care for hospitalized patients.
