By decision of the Council of Ministers, properties - private property, necessary for the construction of a new road overpass at the Verila stop are expropriated under the project "Modernization of the Sofia railway line" - Plovdiv: railway sections Sofia - Elin Pelin and Elin Pelin - September“. The properties are located in the village of Lozen, Sofia Municipality, and the village of Ravno Pole, Elin Pelin Municipality, Sofia Region. The funds for compensation of the owners are provided under the Mechanism for Connecting Europe /MSE/-Sector “Transport“ from agreement No. INEA/CEF/TRAN/[M2014]/l048809 concluded between National Company “Railway Infrastructure“ and Innovation and Networks Executive Agency. The decision can be appealed to the administrative court for the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
