A specialized conference on construction and investments will be held today in Sofia. The housing market, the investment climate, the green transformation in construction and the long-term development of cities in Bulgaria are among the main topics that will be discussed at the conference.
"Economic Forecasts for 2025 and Their Impact on the Business Environment" is the topic of the presentation by Yasen Georgiev, executive director of the Institute for Economic Policy. Among the other speakers invited to participate are: Reneta Koleva, Deputy Minister of Environment and Water, Georgi Shopov, Chairman of the Management Board of the National Association of Construction Entrepreneurs, Vasil Terziev, Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality, Pencho Milkov, Mayor of the Municipality Ruse, Metodi Baikushev, Mayor of Blagoevgrad Municipality, Blagomir Kotsev, Mayor of Varna Municipality.
The state of the investment climate and real estate market attitudes, what projects are in demand and what drives their demand, how the housing sector is growing and (will) there be a "bubble" are among the other issues that will be discussed by the participants in the forum.
