The existing building was built in 1987, its built-up area is 5256 sq.m., and it consists of 5 blocks.
A conceptual project has been prepared and approved for the building, with a building permit issued for an extension, superstructure and internal conversion.
At the moment, the building is not functioning and about 30% of the planned construction and installation works remain to be completed. The property is supplied with electricity, water and sewage. Gasification has been built in the area.
According to the project, the existing building is being added, upgraded and remodeled in order to create a hotel complex of a high category (four or five stars), preserving the functional structure and zoning.

The building can be divided into two main blocks with different functional content Block A for an apart hotel or independent apartments, a design is required, including the remodeling of the hotel rooms into apartments and a new volume of independent staircase and elevator and Block B for a hotel - all remaining volumes of the building.
