On the territory of Industrial Park Sofia – A new cinema center will be built in Bozhurishte. The investment is worth BGN 30 million and will be realized by “Solent Film” Ltd. The new center will cover an area of over 30,000 sq.m. The plans are for the purchase and sale agreement to be signed at the end of November this year.
The plans are for the investor to create about 40 permanent and nearly 1,000 temporary jobs, the Ministry of Economy and Industry specified.
This is the second major investment in the park in recent months. The other is for the implementation of a project worth over BGN 6 million, namely the construction of a regional center for digital solutions by the “National Company of Industrial Dons (NKIZ).
