The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision to declare properties-private state property as properties-public state property. The subject of the Decision of the Council of Ministers are properties located in the districts of Stara Zagora and Plovdiv, with a purpose directly related to defense. The objects have acquired the qualities of properties-public state property, therefore, on the basis of Art. 6, para. 2 of the State Property Act and Art. 5, para. 1 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the State Property Act, the decision of the Council of Ministers was adopted.

The Government decided to provide the General Directorate of "Civil Registration and Administrative Services" (GRAO) with a state property in Sofia free of charge for management. The company has 100% state participation, in which the rights of the state as the sole owner of the company's capital are exercised by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works.
The Council of Ministers decided to provide the Municipality of Kyustendil with part of a property - public state property. It is located in the village of Shishkovtsi and includes three buildings of different sizes. The municipality will use them to hold annual student open-air events organized by the National Academy of Arts, cultural events and art exhibitions. The property has so far been managed by the State Enterprise National Company "Railway Infrastructure", but is no longer needed by the enterprise.
The government has declared a property in the town of Apriltsi, which is public state property, to be private state property. It is located in the rescue base "Bazov Dyal", locality "Bazov Dyal", quarter "Vidima" and is a two-story building with a built-up area of 76 sq. m. With its decision, the government agreed to establish a gratuitous right of use over the property for 10 years to the "Bulgarian Red Cross" Association for the needs of the Mountain Rescue Service - Troyan detachment. The condition is that it is not used for economic activity.
With a decision of the government, the association "Union of the Disabled in Bulgaria" is established a gratuitous right of use on a property - private state property for a period of 10 years. It is located in the city of Sofia, Str. "Hristo Belchev" No. 8, floor 3, and is an apartment with a built-up area of 296 sq. m. The user does not have the right to use the property for carrying out economic activities. The regional governor of Sofia region must develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the condition under which it is provided.
The government changed the status of a property in the city of Ruse from public state property to private state property. It is a plot of land with eight buildings on it at Str. "Riga" No. 38, quarter "Zdravets Iztok" in the city. The property is no longer needed by the Ruse University “Angel Kanchev“, and with the decision of the Council of Ministers, its management is taken away from the higher education institution and it is transferred to the management of the Ruse District Governor on the basis of the State Property Act.
