The court is expected to decide whether to keep the senior metropolitan police officers detained on Friday in custody, NOVA reported.
The investigation is into drug trafficking. The arrested were the head of the Fifth District Department in Sofia Plamen Maximov, the head of the "Narcotics" sector and two other officers.
Another 12 people were also detained during the operation on charges of being part of a drug distribution network led by a man nicknamed "The Glazier".
The inspection is about an organized criminal group that concealed the distribution of drugs on the territory of the police department.
