Under the leadership of the District Prosecutor's Offices in the city of Sofia and in the city of Vratsa, active investigative actions continue in the pre-trial proceedings for the deaths of six people in the areas of the Petrohan hut and under Okolchitsa Peak, the press center of the Prosecutor's Office announced.
Currently, two of the ordered forensic medical examinations of the bodies found at the Petrohan hut have been prepared and provided to the investigating authorities, which show:
The death of Plamen S. is due to a gunshot wound to the head, caused by a shot from a 9 mm caliber firearm, fired at point blank range. Burns were found on the eyebrows, beard, without burns on the hairy part of the head and without thermal burns on the face, which is typical of persons causing a fire or igniting a leaked fuel.
The death of Decho V. was caused by a gunshot wound with a 9 mm weapon at very close range. Burns were found on the wrists and palms, which were probably caused by the ignition of an incendiary liquid covering the hands. The gunshot wound that caused the death could have been inflicted by the victim's own hand, the expert report shows.
A forensic medical examination is expected for the third body found in the area of the Petrohan hut, which has partially burned clothing - trousers.
Some of the ordered ballistic examinations have been prepared. According to their conclusions, gunpowder particles were found on the right hand of Decho V. and on the right hand of Plamen S., which in composition correspond to the composition of microparticles found on the barrels of the three weapons found next to the bodies.
Ivaylo I.'s hands were heavily bloodied, which is why an additional examination was ordered for the presence of gunpowder particles on the clothes.
Two of the cartridges found at the scene were fired from the “Glock” pistol found next to the bodies.
A graphological examination of material evidence seized from the hut, including written notes about “spiritual purification and sexual practices“, is pending.
Work continues to establish the period of death of the three individuals found in a camper under Okolchitsa Peak. From The initial ballistic analysis revealed that there were numerous gunpowder particles on the hands of Ivaylo K. There were also gunpowder particles on the hands of Nikolay Z., while there were none on the hands of the minor boy.
Interrogations of witnesses are being conducted in order to clarify the activities of the members of the organization, donations received to individuals and non-profit legal entities.
From the testimonies collected so far, it has been established that mandatory meditations were practiced in the closed community, including visualizations, mantras and other similar practices. The data on the permanent presence of minors and minors, both in a property in Mexico and in various settlements in Bulgaria, are confirmed. A witness's testimony contains allegations of sexual contact between an adult man and minors and male minors.
