Parking in the town of Kostinbrod, close to Sofia, can be fatal to life. And if in the capital, the fact that a car belonging to a person who is not from the neighborhood can be vandalized, with the number plates removed or the wipers raised, is something already accepted as authoritative, then in Kostinbrod direct shots are fired.
This is the case with the family of Yuliana Vasileva and Rumen Radkov, who have recently been residents of Kostinbrod. They told "Telegraph" that they were victims of an aggressive neighbor from Ruse, also a newcomer to the city.
The two are welcoming guests on September 23, Monday, a day off for Independence Day. Their neighbor Orlin Filev got angry because the guests parked on the street where he had allocated a space for his car. This unleashed his aggression and he started shouting through the fence, calling the hosts. He insisted that the cars be moved immediately. According to eyewitnesses, Orlin even pulled out a gun, almost like in the Wild West, and threatened them that if they didn't move the cars in a minute, he would shoot. People got scared and took action to move the cars.
During this time, however, Orlin's wife also showed aggression. Christina did not wait for their neighbors' guests to pull out the cars, but took out a gun herself and started shooting.
The young family is currently worried about their safety in Kostinbrod. The local police briefly detained Orlin Filev, after which the man was released. The Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the incident, specifying that two air weapons were fired and they were seized by the police.
