The case against the Dinkov twins, accused of concealment in the case of the murder of Dimitar Malinov from Tsalapitsa, is of the final right, BNT reported.
The jury is expected to issue verdicts today.
The previous meeting was adjourned due to the lack of a telephone recording protocol.
According to the defense of the Dinkovi brothers, the recording is an important piece of evidence that sheds light on the truth in the case, as it contains data on how the main accused in the murder – Rangel Bizyurev, is negotiating with one of the two brothers for a single version.
The mother of the murdered young man, however, then stated that she had given another recording to the investigators.
According to the relatives of the murdered Dimitar, the truth about the serious crime still remains hidden. They are demanding that the twins receive sentences for complicity to murder, not for concealment.
